Jacqui Chapman – Head of Sales and Technical Services

Jacqui Chapman, joined Pennant Training Systems Ltd in 1994, following an Engineering degree at Sheffield University, UK and a vocation in Training with British Aerospace (BAE) in their Military Aircraft Training Systems division in Hull, UK.

With over 25 years’ service at Pennant, starting out in the Post Design Services department developing Computer Aided instruction (CAI) courses for aircraft maintainers for the UK military, Jacqui has progressed through the company and its technologies. From CAI, Jacqui moved to Computer Based Training (CBT) developing training packages for BAE in support of their Hawk aircraft programmes. In 1998, Jacqui moved into a new area for the company, Software Emulation and rose to the position of leading a team in the development and delivery of full aircraft emulations for maintainer training. In 2007, Jacqui took the opportunity to join the Business Development Team and use her experience to champion Pennant’s capabilities into new markets including the emerging opportunities to use VR in training.

In 2019, Jacqui moved to head up a new department, Technical Services, bringing together the Support and Test & Inspection functions with new disciplines of Product Development and Technical Training Solutions to expand Pennant’s service offering to its customers. The addition of the Sales and Marketing functions in 2020 has enabled Jacqui and her team to support a customer from inception of requirement to complete Through Life Support.
