Tammy was the Founder and CEO of Absolute Data Group (ADG) and OneStrand Inc. Acquired in February 2020, Tammy’s companies now form part of the global Pennant International group of companies.
With 23 years’ experience in the IT industry, Tammy has received many Australian industry accolades including 2007 QBR Women in Business Award for Technology, Queensland Government’s Smart Women Smart State Award, Telstra Business Women Awards and the prestigious Pearcey I.T Award, all in recognition of her business growth in the ICT industry.
Tammy served in the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Australian Navy as an aircraft communications technician and is committed to providing excellence in technical training, simulation, software and services to mission critical organisations.
Mrs Halter became the Director of Pennant’s ISS Division in May 2020 and is responsible for the business planning, development and delivery of the ISS Divisions software and services around the globe.
VP Global Sales & Marketing
Melissa Pennline utilizes her 22 years’ of operational and technical knowledge to bring dedication, passion and innovative solutions to global organizations as a VP of Global Sales and Marketing. Melissa’s diverse and extensive overall experience allows her to build new partnerships around the globe to develop, enhance and market more robust technical and software solutions for the industry’s land, sea, air and space customers.
With Melissa’s experience in multiple SGML/XML authoring and illustrating platforms first hand, she has supported the development, implementation and delivery of technical data globally based on Military and S1000D standards. In addition, Melissa has demonstrated success in developing and implementing aviation digital interactive IETMs meeting FAA, JAA, CAA, DoD, and DND requirements in support of the B727, B737, and A320-212, -214 aircraft and the DND Chinook (CH147F) MHLH helicopter.
Melissa holds a degree in marketing and design, multiple certificates in program management, Master Six Sigma certified, and with her proven record of hands-on accomplishments in the areas of configuration management and process analysis over the years, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge to solve the most complex technical data challenges globally.
General Manager, Pennant Canada Limited
Pat has 50 years combined military/industry experience in product support, leading Canadian Army and Multi-National Force maintenance workshops, Department of National Defence (DND) Equipment Program Management Directorates and various equipment acquisition projects. Developing supportability business process models for DND and the ISO 10303 AP239 Product Life Cycle Support standard, Pat remains active in international product support standards organizations.
After 30 years of service in maintenance and engineering positions as an officer within the Corps of Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RCEME), Pat retired from the Canadian Army in year 2000 in the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. He then joined Pennant Canada in 2001 as Manager of Consulting Services and was appointed General Manager in 2019. Pat has led consulting teams to develop product support policy and guidance for DND, as well as enabling effective product support within government and industry.
General Manager, Pennant Australasia Pty Ltd
Antony, or more commonly known as ‘AJ’, served in the Royal Australian Air Force in aircraft maintenance environments and then air operations with RADAR units and with Air Traffic Control. After departing the Air Force, AJ consulted for a Brisbane based software development company who specialised in designing and developing Content Management Systems for the management and production of both printed and electronic maintenance and operator manuals that are used in specialised heavy maintenance environments. After consulting, AJ moved back into Defence Industry working for Global corporations in Technical Publications Management roles.
AJ is an experienced Project Manager, having implemented many new publications and training programs for small and large projects. A member of International Working Groups for international specifications such as the Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) S1000D, AJ has also worked with members of the SCORM working groups. Also experienced with structured mark-up applications, AJ has been working with SGML and XML authoring applications for nearly 12 years.
On completing the Masters of Business Administration, AJ’s keen interest is in taking the knowledge from the degree and his professional skills to enable businesses to become more environmentally and financially sustainable, as well as improving efficiency in the business.
